1.This competition is promoted by Carlow County Council’s Local Enterprise Office’ and is not associated with any social platform it is being promoted on.
2.The competition is open to everyone over the age of 18.
3.The winner decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. No alternative prize available – the voucher will be collected by the winner at an arranged location.
6. If no contact has been made with the winner by Thursday May 2nd – the prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be announced.
7. Promoters are excluded from liability from any injuries which might occur to the winner, arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
8. The terms and conditions shall be unconditionally accepted by participants entering the competition.
9. The promoters have the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
10. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the relevant winner’s entry, name and county in related promotional activities.
