Carlow Mental Health Association are delighted to invite you to their Mental Health & Family Caring: Supporting the Supporters programme. Mental Health Ireland and Family Carers Ireland partnered to co-produce this five-week online programme. The aim is to support the supporters of people with mental health challenges. Their programme has been co-produced with family carers, supporters, people with lived experience of mental health challenges and service providers.
