The Environment department of Carlow County Council have joined forces with 14 other Local Authorities and the EPA’s Stop Food waste programme to deliver a suite of simple tools and techniques to help you enjoy summer alfresco dining and BBQing while ensuring you to stop wasting both money and food. Preventing food waste is one of the simplest actions we can all take to support our planet and have a positive impact in climate change.
Tonight at 8pm we will be hosting a live BBQ cooking demonstration on our Carlow County Council Community Information Facebook page with the amazing Catherine Fulvio who will show us all how to create that perfect summer BBQ . Catherine will provide lots of simple summer recipes that will not only save you money but help you to prevent food waste.
