Redevelopment of Hanover Park to an ‘Activity and Bike Park’
Carlow County Council has lodged a planning application with An Bord Pleanála last Thursday to redevelop a Bike Trail The Hanover Natural Activity and Bike Park was one of the last projects undertaken by town engineer Ger O’Brien before his untimely death last year. Fintan Phelan Cathaoirleach of Carlow County Council has asked for the people of Carlow to reclaim the park and make it a place special to them and turn it into a real hub for outdoor activity in the town.
The decision will be made 6th of October
