This time next week we will be getting ready to start the Jingle Bell Jog!

The Jingle Bell Jog will begin on Sunday December 1st at 11.30am. Join in on the 5k accurately timed jog/walk/run. All registered participants will receive a medal, as well as spot prizes for best festive dressed and prizes for fastest Sr man, Sr woman, Jr man and Jr woman 
All funds raised will be spent in Carlow and will go towards providing Youth work supports and activities for young people.
Please note that children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. Pets are welcomed once they are kept on a lead and will receive a medal if registered (as a child)
