I work from an integrative/humanistic compassion focused approach on various issues including anxiety, anger management, bereavement, loss, separation/divorce, parenting, coaching, retirement, illness, depression, pregnancy and adjustment to motherhood. I have a background in business management for 20 years; Adult Education (Psychology/ Child Care); HSE Mental Health Primary Care; Self Harm Intervention and Tragic Bereavement Programme together with a Private Practice since 2000.
