We are a family business in Carlow and are passionate about making the most amazing cakes and desserts, using only the finest of possible ingredients such as free-range Irish egg, Tipperary butter, Village Dairy cheese, Green Pastures cream-cheese, Callebaut chocolates and Shipton mill artisan flours.

We make absolutely everything from scratch, not just sponges and meringues- so all fillings, French macarons, French buttercream, Crème Pâtissière, mousses, caramels, ganache, everything is made from the start using natural ingredients and without adding artificial nasties in our Carlow kitchens.

Our gluten-free cakes and confectionery products, made in our dedicated gluten-free kitchen, taste just like delicious ‘normal’ ones and we were awarded gold by Blas na hEireann for our Cowgirl..Gluten-Free Brownie in 2017.
