Carlow Destination and Experience Development Plan (DEDP) Community Consultations

The Carlow Destination and Experience Development Plan (DEDP) is a five year sustainable tourism development plan being developed by Failte Ireland and Carlow County Council for the area.  It captures proposed tourism development projects within one plan to maximise their potential over the next five years. These projects and destination development activities are organised into a 5-year action plan and will align with existing tourism plans and projects.

Two community consultations will take place to give interested individuals, community groups, businesses and local organisations an opportunity to have a one-to-one with the consultant team to input into the process.  This will capture any projects or ideas that can support the sustainable development of tourism across Carlow

The Community Consultations sessions will take place on Tuesday 26th May

10:00 am – 12:30 pm  Borris Library, Main Street, Borris, Co. Carlow

2:00 pm –  4:30 pm    Tara Arms Function Room, Tullow, Co. Carlow

These are drop in meetings but pre-registration is requested to help us manage the consultation process and times. In order to allow us schedule the meetings across the two sessions, please click on the link below to indicate a location and time that would suit you. The consultants will confirm a specific time to meet in line with your preference.  This is to avoid any overlaps in scheduling.
