The Pride of Place Grants are supporting community groups across the county to enhance towns, villages, estates, streets, and roads. Funding is available to Tidy Towns and Residents’ Assoc/ Environmental groups for local improvement works, with eligibility linked to participation in the Pride of Place Competition.
The programme celebrates community effort in environmental enhancement, biodiversity, climate action, litter reduction, community gardens, education projects, and wildlife protection, while also recognising long-standing volunteer leadership.
To support applicants, Carlow PPN will be working in partnership with Carlow County Council to deliver application support workshops, helping groups understand the process and submit strong applications.
