Bagenalstown in Bloom 2025 has something for everyone. A splash of blazing colour, a feast of music and workshops exploring all sorts of creativity. The annual festival is sure to be basked in glorious colours and welcomes lots of participation by the local community and beyond. Colour is in no short supply, with everything from street signs to benches experiencing an explosion of yarn bombing, thanks to the wonderful work of local yarn bombers including The Barrow Knitters supported by CCDP.
Cruinniú na nÓg coincides with the festival and there will be lots for children to enjoy, including plenty of games and activities

BACDG collaborates & has some shared committee members with BIG, so both groups complement & resonate with each other. It is a community based, voluntary organisation which focuses on community development, sustainable impacts and providing inclusive social and cultural opportunities. We develop and promote community activities and improvements.
