CARLOW producer Sunshine Juice is part of the line-up at Bord Bia Bloom, Ireland’s largest floral, food and family festival.
Dublin’s Phoenix Park is buzzing in anticipation for the Bord Bia Bloom festival, which takes place from Thursday to Monday 2-6 June. The celebrated outdoor festival, now in its 16th year, will be held in-person following two successful virtual #BloomAtHome events.
Local juice producer Sunshine Juice from Park, Tinryland will be among those featured at this year’s food village. Founded by Paul Walshe, Sunshine Juice Ltd are the makers of the Walshe’s Really Fresh and Veg Out brands. They have been in business since 1998 and now have 50 employees.
Sunshine Juice will join 80 other artisan producers at the Food Village over the five days. As always, the Food Village is set to be a hive of activity, showcasing the best of Irish produce.
